Specific Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Initiation: Develop detailed project charters, business cases, scope documents, and implementation roadmaps. Conduct impact assessments, resource planning, and stakeholder mapping.
- Execution & Delivery: Drive project execution across cloud, data, and digital teams, ensuring clarity on roles, deliverables, and timelines. Utilize project management tools like MS Project, PWA, Jira, etc. Manage vendor engagements, contracts, SLAs, and performance.
- Monitoring & Controlling: Maintain RAID logs, ensure effective risk mitigation, and escalate critical blockers. Track KPIs, budget utilization, resource allocation, and project health metrics while ensuring compliance with IT security and governance frameworks.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Present project updates to leadership and stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and support change management activities including training and communication.
- Project Closure: Ensure completion of all project deliverables and conduct lessons learned and knowledge transfer sessions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 12-15 years of experience managing technology projects, with a focus on cloud, data, or digital transformation (5+ years specifically in this area).
- Proven experience delivering Azure/AWS cloud migrations, enterprise data solutions, and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM Master, or Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership abilities and management of cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and vendor negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex requirements.
- Expertise in PMO methodologies, SDLC, Agile frameworks, and hybrid delivery models.
- Proficient in MS Project, PWA, Jira, Confluence, and BI dashboards.
