Digital Project Manager

As a Digital Project Manager at the company, you will be responsible for managing the deployment of Global Unify Best of Breed Applications for the front office DCR and customer experience across international operations zones, including Greater India, Middle East & Africa, Pacific, and South America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Governance & Execution: Build and lead the execution of the project plan across various technology platforms (CPQ, PriceFX, Vistex, bFO, bFS, and ERP). Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met while mitigating risks and issues. Drive SteerCo meetings with Business and Digital Directors and VPs to report progress, risks, and facilitate decisions.

• Stakeholder & Business Alignment: Collaborate with CXCT, DCR, Country Business, and Transformation Leaders for requirement gathering to align project goals. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the digital team, confirming and onboarding the project team before kickoff.

• Testing & Cutover Support: Support the local business team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring sign-off and managing issue resolution. Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules and oversee cutover activities.

• Change Management & Adoption: Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts. Ensure smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up.

• Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks. Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Experience Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
