Digital Release Governance - Assistant Manager

About the Job:
As a Digital Release Governance - Assistant Manager, you will introduce and evolve the ‘Release Management’ framework and process that governs all production releases in the RBG Digital space. You will collaborate with Agile Coaches, the Architect team, and other governance functions (e.g., Business Governance, risk, compliance, CXCG, etc.). The role involves ensuring that the Release Management framework includes the appropriate artifacts and/or sign-offs to achieve alignment with the company's technology stack, architectural principles, and digital, business, and risk governance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing policies, processes, and tools that promote proactive adherence and governance to the Release Management framework.
• Ensuring controls are compliant with bank policies and local regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date deployments and evidence.
• Building consensus and being well-versed in digital studio and agile methodologies.
