Digital Release Governance - Assistant Manager.RBG Central Squad.Retail Banking Group

About the Role
The role involves introducing and evolving the ‘Release Management’ framework and process that governs all production releases within the RBG Digital space. This will be done in collaboration with Agile Coaches, the Architect team, and other governance functions such as Business Governance, risk, compliance, and CXCG.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate the necessary artifacts and/or sign-offs into the Release Management framework to ensure alignment with the organization’s technology stack, architectural principles, and digital, business, and risk governance.
• Implement policies, processes, and tools that enforce proactive adherence and governance to the Release Management framework.
• Ensure that controls align with bank policies and local regulatory requirements, ensuring that all deployments and evidence are uploaded and remain constantly up to date.
• Build consensus among stakeholders and demonstrate proficiency with digital studio and agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Release Management processes and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Ability to engage with various teams and governance functions effectively.
• Knowledge of technology stacks and architectural principles relevant to digital banking.
