Digital Release Governance Manager (UAE National Only)

About the Job:
The Digital Release Governance Manager will introduce, evolve, and own the 'Release Management' framework and processes that govern all production releases in the RBG Digital space. This role will involve collaboration with Agile Coaches, the Architect team, and other governance functions such as Business Governance, risk, compliance, and CXCG.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a comprehensive Release Management framework that incorporates inputs from key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Mashreq's technology stack, architectural principles, and governance across digital, business, and risk domains.
• Designing and implementing policies, processes, and tools that promote proactive adherence to the Release Management framework.
• Ensuring that all controls comply with bank policies and local regulatory requirements, with consistent updating of all deployment evidences.
• Building consensus among conflicting priorities, with a strong understanding of digital studio and agile methodologies.
• Potentially managing a small team to achieve these objectives.
