Digital Release Governance Manager (UAE National Only)

This role focuses on introducing, evolving, and owning the ‘Release Management’ framework and process that governs all production releases in the RBG Digital space. The Digital Release Governance Manager will collaborate with Agile Coaches, the Architect team, and other governance functions such as Business Governance, risk, compliance, and Customer Experience and Customer Governance (CXCG).

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing policies, processes, and tools to enforce proactive adherence to the Release Management framework, ensuring controls align with bank policies and local regulatory requirements, and securing that all deployments and evidence are continually updated. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring proper controls and governance are in place prior to releasing new features and digital capabilities to customers and staff.

Engagement with stakeholders like the Corporate Risk Board, Business Governance, risk, compliance, and CXCG is crucial for continuously enhancing the framework and incorporating new regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates will hold a postgraduate degree and possess over eight years of experience across diverse banking departments, with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and controls. A deep understanding of technical and digital solutions, change management practices, and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective decision-making and multi-tasking capabilities are essential.
