Digital Security Managing Consultant

The Digital Security Managing Consultant will be responsible for assessing and developing security design and implementation of digital security services for our clients in KSA. This role requires demonstrating thought leadership, delivery expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of cloud-native as well as hybrid/third-party security controls.

The primary focus will be to assist clients with transformations in Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), security for cloud workloads, data security, network, and infrastructure. This encompasses various cloud service models deployed across private, public, hybrid, and/or multi-cloud environments, utilizing major hyperscalers such as Microsoft Azure & M365, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform.

In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their business needs, apply industry knowledge, and leverage appropriate business elements and IT to address those needs. You will also advise clients on their future IAM landscape and collaborate with them to develop a roadmap to achieve their goals, becoming a trusted advisor in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all activities related to delivering a digital security solution during engagements.
• Facilitate workshops, give presentations, produce high-quality deliverables, and manage large delivery engagements.
• Support all aspects of the solution, consulting colleagues, the technical team, managing client requirements, and linking these to IBM's solutions.
• Create and deliver solution elements related to Cloud & Data Security and IAM proposals.
• Understand the Digital Security Posture of clients and their key drivers and compliance requirements.
• Assist client-facing colleagues with responding to requests for proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of architecting and delivering cloud-native security solutions and deployment models across various service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Collaborate with global and local teams to organize project approaches for client delivery.
• Establish strong client relationships in key accounts to progress the Security Services portfolio.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Cloud Certification in at least one hyperscaler; security specialist certifications preferred (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CISM).
• Experience with industry compliance and security standards including KSA NCA ECC, CSA CSM, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
• Experience in conducting security architecture and configuration reviews utilizing Zero Trust Security principles.
• Extensive knowledge of security solutions including IAM, Data Protection, and Endpoint Security Solutions.
• Experience with cloud service models and technology standards related to KSA regulations.
• At least 12 years of experience across IT and Cyber Security, with 8 years in security consulting or architecture roles.
• Availability to travel 25-50%.
