Digital Services Technical Sales Director (non-management)

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Digital Services Technical Sales Director (non-management) in Dubai, UAE. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and managing competitive sales campaigns both nationally and internationally. The role is crucial for proactively executing sales and partnering with customer success for delivery activities to customers within the assigned region.

This individual will work within the new Digital Services organization within Cabin Modifications & Maintenance, focusing on products such as AHM, Toolbox, and Onboard Performance Tools. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales and campaign activities to successful completion by integrating multiple aspects of customer needs in a consultative manner.
• Initiating, maintaining, and advancing customer relationships in partnership with regional Account Directors.
• Developing customer solutions by coordinating with internal and external processes to provide a competitive advantage and foster business growth.
• Leading the preparation of proposals and negotiations to ensure mutual benefit to customers and Boeing.
• Building and leading a capture team to support customer commitments and gain competitive advantage.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in civil aviation.
• Ability to influence prospects and drive sales results.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing competitive domestic or international sales campaigns.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and SalesForce.com.
