The position focuses on products related to the new Digital Services organization within Cabin Modifications & Maintenance, including AHM, Toolbox, and Onboard Performance Tools. Responsibilities include driving sales and campaign activities, maintaining customer relationships, developing customer solutions, leading preparation of proposals, negotiating commitments, and obtaining approvals.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and campaign activities to successful completion.
- Craft campaign-specific strategies and manage resources.
- Maintain and advance customer relationships in partnership with regional Account Directors.
- Develop strong internal relationships to win new business with existing customers.
- Prepare proposals and recommend compliance alternatives.
- Lead negotiations and finalize commitments with customer decision-makers.
- Build and lead capture teams to gain competitive advantage.
- Mentor colleagues and assist in network development (applicable to Senior Level only).
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in the civil aviation sector.
- Ability to influence prospects and drive sales results.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
- Minimum of 5 years managing competitive domestic or international sales campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
Work Conditions:
- This is an international, locally hired position in Dubai, UAE.
- Relocation assistance is not available; candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
- Visa sponsorship is available for applicants requiring employment visa status.
- This position is not a shift worker role.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
