Key Accountabilities
- Deliver five financial measures on the pursuits solutioned: total contract value, margin, revenue, revenue collected against milestones, and consumption against plan.
- Design solutions to meet compliance standards set by federal, emirate, and industry regulators.
- Author the technical and commercial proposal, including the pricing structure, ensuring all estimates are clear and auditable.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Current certification in cloud, security, or architecture from a recognized vendor or body.
- Minimum 5 years in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting on enterprise and government pursuits.
- Practical, current use of artificial intelligence in solution design and proposal work.
- Commercially literate with a solid understanding of cost stacks, margin, consumption economics, and total cost of ownership.
Work Conditions
- The position requires providing delivery oversight after the award and acting as the client's technical advisor under the direction of the account owner.
- Expected to attend delivery governance forums and provide guidance throughout the engagement process.
