Digital Solution Architect

As a Digital Solution Architect with Expleo Group, you will leverage your domain expertise and experience for designing solutions involving various Digital Banking and Mobile Banking systems for financial institutions in the UAE region. You will be responsible for creating technical solutions to address specific business problems and requirements, in alignment with the company’s business strategy and Enterprise Architecture roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions in line with Agile and DevOps project delivery methodologies.
• Design digital solutions considering SOA, Open API, and Microservices architecture principles.
• Build end-to-end solutions focused on a customer-first methodology, incorporating web and mobile applications, multichannel frameworks, BPM, CRM, and Data & Analytics components.
• Present tactical and strategic options architecture and solutions to senior management.
• Manage and review application, data, and technology components from an enterprise architecture perspective.
• Maintain current documentation of the bank’s systems architecture and interactions.
• Ensure scalability, disaster recovery, and system performance are adequately addressed in all aspects of architecture.
• Facilitate integration of all systems, particularly during the implementation of new systems.
• Contribute to the bank’s IT strategy formulation by researching the latest digital technologies.
• Define a technology roadmap and govern the technology portfolio from an Enterprise/Digital Application Architecture perspective.
• Research and recommend current and developing technology options such as Microservices, SOA, Blockchain, and Open API.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in relevant roles, including software development (5+ years) and solution architecture (3+ years covering web/mobile applications, SOA/API/Microservices).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in application development/integration (Java, Spring framework, Angular, React), understanding of security standards for multi-tier applications (SSO, OAuth, SAML), and API governance.
• Cloud Knowledge: Experience with AWS/Azure deployments and knowledge of defining application architecture for high availability and scalability.
• Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills and the ability to handle team dynamics, preferably understanding Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps methodologies.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Cloud, DevOps, and Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital banking products, onboarding processes, and core banking functionalities.
