Your Responsibilities
- Install, design, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot the company Digital solutions at customer sites, reporting and documenting install, service, and support cases in the designated system provided by the company.
- Provide consultation on connectivity solutions, regulatory compliance, and security concerns related to the company Digital solutions, facilitating the integration of digital products with Hospital/Laboratory Information Systems (HIS/LIS) via HL7 and ASTM.
- Support the Sales team during digital product sales visits and other IT technical requirements, tendering, and presales activities, including conducting technical presentations for the company Digital Solutions.
- Translate features of the Digital Solutions products into customer-oriented benefits communication.
- Implement the company Digital solutions to combine analytics and data flow concepts in order to enable total lab solutions.
- Conduct customer training on the proper use and troubleshooting of the company Digital solutions and document training as per the company standards.
- Adapt support for customers utilizing the company Digital solutions according to changing business needs.
- Engage with the customer HIS/LIS & IT team and relevant stakeholders to build strong relationships.
- Escalate new and emerging business needs to the RIS development team.
- Support adherence to the latest security policies, standards, and guidelines.
Who You Are
- Hold a BSc degree in IT, Computer Science, Automation, or Networking; a postgraduate degree and/or project management certification are preferred.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in Healthcare IT (Laboratory Information System, Hospital Information System) and practical IT solutions in Healthcare, alongside experience with Windows OS & Server environments and network topology/design.
- Possess practical experience in HL7/ASTM protocols, networks, and database concepts, good knowledge of SQL databases, Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and firewall solutions (e.g., Fortigate).
- Have in-depth knowledge and practical work experience with the company IT solutions (Navify Solutions).
- Exhibit advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Be proactive, dynamic, and capable of working under pressure.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, with the ability to persuade.
