We are looking for a Digital Solutions & Platforms Manager to help accelerate the company's digital transformation in the Middle East markets. Working at the crossroads of Digital, Retail, Client Experience, and Technology, you will drive the adoption of the company's digital ecosystem by our different teams while supporting the exploration of future capabilities and innovation opportunities.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT THE COMPANY
In this role, you will contribute to shaping the future of digital experiences across the Middle East by:
- Supporting the deployment of new digital capabilities, initiatives, and innovation pilots embracing a test, learn, and measure approach.
- Acting as customer success manager, driving the adoption and optimization of digital platforms and solutions across the organization, from office to wholesale and retail teams.
- Translating business needs into clear use cases, requirements, and improvement opportunities to nourish Europe roadmaps.
- Acting as a bridge between Local & Europe teams.
- Phase roll outs depending on the different level of maturity of markets and businesses.
- Coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client, employee, and business experiences through technology.
- Supporting Europe transformation agenda through a test-and-learn mindset and product management philosophy.

REQUIREMENTS
- Min 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation applied to Business or to Retail, Innovation, Consulting, Digital Product Management, or related fields.
- Experience working on cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, business, platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of retail & client-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
- Preferably based in the UAE.
