Position

Be a subject matter expert on all existing customer engagement and onboarding services, performing technical and user acceptance testing on all Digital Channels (Mobile, Web & Staff Tablets) and Digital Products (CASA, Cards, Lending, NHL, Elite, etc.). Testing activities will include working as part of cross-functional teams to test new digital solutions before launch, contributing to the overall innovation delivery of digital product solutions, as well as continuous support and maintenance testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support all existing services and onboarding processes across all digital channels and products, acting as quality control for ad hoc testing prior to the go-live of new digital solutions.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with Business Product teams, Frontline sales staff, Operations and processing teams, Vendors, Technology, and other internal teams.
  • Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams of product, technology, operations, and sales to identify, investigate, and solve any test defect issues across any new or existing digital solutions.
  • Design test artifacts, execute tests, and share reports with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Perform ad hoc maintenance sanity testing on existing digital channel services and product customer journeys to ensure all functionalities are working as designed.
  • Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices.
  • Communicate effectively with different teams (business, design, technology, security, legal, etc.) to ensure visibility into the department’s direction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience in implementation of business change and process improvements.
  • Proficiency in technology development methodologies and coding languages, with proven development in innovation and impactful system solutions.
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner/Tech Support Engineer in relevant specialization.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Specific training and certifications for Agile Delivery, such as Scrum Master and Agile Product Owner or related disciplines.
