As a Digital Strategy Associate Consultant at our Dubai office, you will play a vital role in supporting leading global companies in developing their digital strategy and implementation roadmap. You will also coach senior clients, equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to address complex challenges surrounding Industry 4.0, Smart Cities, and Digital Transformation. What You’ll Do
You will support our external clients in building visions, strategies, and implementation plans to help bring digitalization to life. The responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of new digital strategies, capabilities, and competitive differentiators for our clients
- Contributing to ideation workshops and inspiring clients to adopt innovative approaches tailored to their requirements, supporting them during pilot and implementation phases
- Taking on increasing responsibility and ownership for your own project module/workstream as you gain tenure
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with client teams to synthesize findings into a holistic concept, determine recommendations, and define a seamless storyline
- Choosing a contribution topic, such as thought leadership, marketing, or team onboarding, to influence our team's operations and culture
What You’ll Need
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong interest in building a career in consulting, or with a renowned industrial enterprise or start-up
- An outstanding university degree, ideally in business, engineering, natural science, or IT from a globally renowned university (Emirati fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills coupled with an entrepreneurial “can-do” mindset
- Interest or initial hands-on experience in digital transformation and technologies such as ML, AI, Cloud, IoT
- Interest across various industry verticals, particularly Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, or Utilities
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly (written and spoken) in English and at least one other language, ideally Arabic
- A team player mindset with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel regionally and internationally
