Responsibilities
- Ensure to define the processes for maintaining data flows for EDW’s sources & between OLTP systems.
- Define the processes and best practices for building, modeling, and documenting various enterprise information/data models, establishing a coherent and integrated set of data repositories.
- Develop optimization solutions architecture and propose domain-specific remedial high-level architecture guidance solutions to address existing data inconsistencies and lack of integrity.
- Manage the design of data architecture modeling and evaluate the impact as needed.
- Ensure to update the Architecture repository with relevant artifacts, deliverables, and architectural details.
- Define architecture principles, frameworks, guidelines, and roadmap for Technology Architecture Governance to align with Group Architecture Governance & Enablement.
- Manage end-to-end architectural engagement (blueprinting, assessment, etc.) as per the development processes.
- Evaluate and assess the as-is architecture to define the to-be architecture, identifying gaps and developing a transition roadmap.
- Support Technology Excellence & Control to translate architecture roadmap into materialized demands and executable projects/programs as needed.
- Evaluate and review technical & architecture proposals such as RFIs & RFPs and provide insights.
- Develop and maintain principles, guidelines, policies, and reference architectures for the respective domain.
- Identify and materialize studies around technology efficiency and optimization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-4 years in a similar role.
- Prior experience in managing large-scale Technology Architecture Transformation and Implementation programs.
- Preferred prior experience in leading large-scale technology organizations (Network or IT).
- Exposure to emerging trends and technologies in previous roles.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Sound knowledge of the telecom industry, related technology innovation, and vendor/platform landscape.
- Strong knowledge of Management and Financial systems.
- Strong change management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Technologies.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Computer Technology.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
- Preferred relevant certification in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF).
