This role is designed for DT studies students eager to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment for a short period. Interns are expected to take initiative and engage in self-directed learning while working collaboratively with the team to set and achieve common goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all service activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Champion IT Operation service improvements utilizing best practices and methodologies (e.g., ITIL).
- Suggest and implement automation solutions for manual and labor-intensive DT tasks and other functions.
- Resolve issues related to DT Operation services.
- Analyze service data and evaluate results to determine the best resolutions for customer service challenges.
Basic Qualifications and Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Student GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0.
- An official university letter is required to be included with the CV.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
- Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); effective communication skills are essential.
