Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the governance and end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
- Perform business and data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and business value realization.
- Support AI, analytics, and digital innovation initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Digital Transformation and digital project delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
- Good understanding of manufacturing, operations, and business processes.
- Knowledge of KPIs, data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with technology vendors and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Exposure to AI, Advanced Analytics, Digital Twin, Automation, or Performance Management solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Technology-enabled Business roles.
Employment Type: Contract (8 months, extendable)
Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
