Digital Transformation Business Partner

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a globally recognized leader in industry, as a trusted IT consulting partner supporting strategic initiatives by connecting exceptional talent to drive business growth and transformation. The primary focus will be on managing significant Digital Transformation projects, including SAP S4 Hana implementation and AI Platform Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the governance and end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Perform business and data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and business value realization.
• Support AI, analytics, and digital innovation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Digital Transformation and digital project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of manufacturing, operations, and business processes.
• Knowledge of KPIs, data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with technology vendors and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
• Exposure to AI, Advanced Analytics, Digital Twin, Automation, or Performance Management solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Technology-enabled Business roles.

Employment Type: Contract (8 months, extendable) Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days maximum
