Role Overview
The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, customers, and delivery teams across technology and digital transformation initiatives.
This role is suited to someone with strong communication and presentation skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable outcomes. While deep technical expertise is not required, familiarity with Digital Transformation, Data, Analytics, and AI concepts is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in customer and internal meetings to understand business requirements, priorities, and challenges.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Support senior leadership during customer meetings, workshops, and executive reviews.
- Track IT delivery initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Prepare meeting summaries, project updates, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, process improvement, and technology adoption.
Requirements
- UAE National.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. No prior professional experience is required.
- A strong interest in Digital Transformation, Data, AI, and Analytics.
- Basic understanding of technology concepts, business operations, and organizational processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with different stakeholders.
- Self-driven, energetic, and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to or interest in technology, software, digital transformation, AI, data analytics, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prepare presentations, reports, and meeting summaries.
- Willingness to learn and develop business and technology consulting skills.
