About the Job: This position is part of an Emiratization program, exclusively for UAE nationals. Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Work Conditions: Full-time, On-site Language Requirements: Arabic and English Job Code: 5453 Experience Required: Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in managing digital transformation strategies, AI, and data management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory IT role. A minimum of four years of practical experience is required. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Professional Certifications: - Professional certifications such as PMP, CDMP, TOGAF, or ITIL are preferred. Responsibilities: - Demonstrated proficiency in IT applications and innovation. - Supervisory experience managing a team of no fewer than 10 employees. - Solid experience in IT infrastructure and operations. - Good experience in IT budget management and financial administration.
