Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-wave rollout plans across multiple entities, aligning scope, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
- Define readiness criteria and governance gates for each SAP Activate phase.
- Establish standardized deployment methodologies, templates, and delivery assets to support scalable rollouts.
- Lead all SAP Activate phases, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare.
- Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and manage localization requirements and change control.
- Oversee configuration, integrations, testing, data migration, cutover activities, business readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations to ensure successful delivery.
- Own data migration strategy and execution, including mapping, cleansing, validation, mock loads, governance, and cutover planning.
- Utilize SAP Migration Cockpit and related ETL/data quality tools to support successful migrations.
- Manage implementation partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors against agreed deliverables and SLAs.
- Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, PMO teams, and key users to support adoption and business readiness.
- Lead governance forums, reporting, KPI tracking, budgeting, quality reviews, and audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Lead and mentor delivery teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive process optimization, automation opportunities, and reusable delivery assets.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- 12+ years of SAP implementation experience, including at least three full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and multi-entity ERP rollouts across 10+ legal entities.
- Strong expertise in SAP Activate methodology and implementation lifecycle delivery.
- Extensive experience in data migration, governance, cleansing, cutover planning, and migration tools.
- Experience managing international implementation partners and system integrators.
- Hands-on knowledge of at least two core business process domains.
- Strong program management, stakeholder management, budgeting, reporting, and risk management skills.
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similar industrial environments.
Preferred
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- MBA, MSc, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Jira, MS Project, and test automation tools.
