Drive digital commerce growth by improving eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, system integrations, and digital experiences. You will develop the digital marketing plan and activities in collaboration with stakeholders, and be responsible for integrating Digital customer experience tools to provide the best customer experience through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and optimize eCommerce platforms and digital channels.
- Improve customer journeys, usability, and conversion rates.
- Integrate eCommerce with ERP, CRM, payment, logistics, and other systems.
- Develop and maintain API integrations.
- Monitor eCommerce performance and KPIs.
- Develop catalog, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver digital solutions.
- Manage digital customer experience-related tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Digital Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Transformation, Digital Products, or Systems Integration.
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms and customer journeys.
- Experience with APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Knowledge of BI and analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
- Understanding of ERP/CRM integrations and experience with SEO.
- Knowledge of the market's landscape.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Additional Preferred Requirements:
- B2B eCommerce experience.
- SQL or Python knowledge.
- Cloud technologies.
- Power Platform or automation tools.
- AI / Generative AI exposure.
