Job Purpose
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled digital products that transform the client lifecycle across corporate banking channels.
- Drive the company’s AI and digital transformation strategy, including the adoption of agentic AI, GenAI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration.
- Identify high-impact use cases for AI agents to improve workflows while adhering to governance boundaries.
- Coach, train, and support business users to ensure measurable business value from digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop plans for product launch, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management to support the AI and digital agenda.
Key Result Areas
- Define and execute the AI transformation roadmap with prioritized use cases and clear delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with various teams to redesign workflows before using AI agents for automation.
- Improve productivity through AI-assisted prospecting, lead generation, and personalized relationship management support.
- Lead implementations of agentic AI solutions that orchestrate tasks and enhance operational processes.
- Ensure governance of AI initiatives covering access rights, consent, explainability, and more.
- Track metrics to demonstrate measurable transformation value.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 1–8 years of experience in digital transformation, AI product delivery, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking challenges including relationship management, onboarding, and operations.
- Knowledge of GenAI, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and process automation.
- Ability to turn business problems into AI use cases and implementation roadmaps.
- Experience collaborating with technology, data science, and compliance teams.
- Understanding of responsible AI, model governance, and data privacy.
- Strong change management and stakeholder influence skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and agile delivery skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
