Key Responsibilities:
- Own and improve the Digital Transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify inefficiencies and manual processes while exploring transformation opportunities.
- Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping while challenging inefficient processes before technology introduction.
- Translate business challenges into structured requirements, transformation initiatives, and scalable solutions.
- Lead transformation initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation, UAT, go-live, and post-launch measurement.
- Work across teams, including Digital Solutions, IT, Information Security, Data, and external partners, to drive solution adoption and ensure sustainable business value.
- Establish governance around requirements, documentation, testing, and operational handover.
- Evaluate technologies, including AI, automation, and cloud solutions, based on business value.
- Develop the Digital Transformation team’s capabilities in process improvement, business analysis, and transformation delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation, business systems, or technology consulting.
- Proven success in delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives from discovery to implementation.
- Strong skills in business process mapping, re-engineering, and requirements analysis.
- Experience with enterprise applications, automation, and digital platforms.
- Effective project and program management capabilities, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to engage senior leaders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to address complex business problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-growth technology, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, and AI-enabled applications.
- Experience with Agile delivery teams.
- Relevant certifications in project management, Agile, business analysis, or change management.
Work Conditions: Full-time, On-site in Lusail, Qatar.
