As a Digital Transformation Engineer, you will act as a Change Agent within the Network Operations Center (NOC). You will be responsible for driving the transformation of processes, tools, and ways of working—shifting operations from traditional, manual approaches to a highly efficient, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of NOC workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and sources of operational waste.
  • Assess existing systems and tools, and propose enhancements or new technologies to improve response times and service quality.
  • Lead modernization initiatives, including migration from manual, paper-based, or spreadsheet-driven processes to integrated, real-time digital solutions.
  • Improve data flow and operational alignment between the NOC and cross-functional teams such as Field Maintenance and Customer Support.
  • Define KPIs and measure the impact of transformation initiatives, demonstrating tangible ROI in terms of time, cost, and productivity gains.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of improvement initiatives, from idea proposal to enterprise-wide adoption.

Your Profile:

  • 12+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, or IT/Digital Project Management within a Telecom or Network Operations environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles and process optimization methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma exposure preferred).
  • Experience working with modern collaboration, workflow, or low-code platforms (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Slack, or similar tools).
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated project management capability to lead transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams.
