Job description:
Must be from Structural/Civil background with knowledge of GIS and Digital Twin.

• Executes all aspects of 2D and 3D for overall BIM services.
• Should have depth knowledge on BIM.
• Executes all aspects of GIS – such as modelling or integration – while following the Organization’s Standards and any other protocols, as set out by the GIS Vendor / Representatives / Subject-matter experts.
• Works closely with the Engineering teams and has proficiency in interpreting engineering documentation.
• Performing strategy for project execution.
• Assists in the preparation of progress Reports.
• Proactively adds value to the project by learning advanced GIS techniques and facilitating the GIS process.
• Broad knowledge of UAE building standards, building technology and construction.
• Strong knowledge of asset management for operation and maintenance.

Software proficiency: Digital Twin, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Esri GIS applications, other open source gltf applications e.g.: Cesium, applications for development of a web GIS Dashboard with HTML and JAVA scripting compatible with Esri.
