Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing processes within the driverless metro project and design solutions that leverage digital technologies (AI, machine learning, automation) to optimize workflows and solve recurring challenges.
- Develop and implement solutions using programming languages and tools such as Power BI for dashboard creation.
- Implement AI and machine learning algorithms to improve decision-making and automate routine tasks.
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time progress tracking and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather ideas for digital improvements and evaluate current processes.
- Conduct evaluations of workflows and propose enhancements to improve the driverless metro system.
- Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of digital solutions from conceptual design to implementation.
- Utilize data insights to monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Document solutions and provide regular reports on progress and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in data management and system integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and tools like Power BI.
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and digital process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to engage stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and provide actionable insights.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
