Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior technical leader on major engagements, advising C-level executives on AI strategy and governance.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Senior and Principal AI Engineers, fostering technical excellence and accountability.
- Own the technical success of the Professional Services portfolio, ensuring quality and overseeing the deployment of advanced AI applications.
- Define the architectural blueprint and MLOps best practices for secure AI solutions leveraging the company platform.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and drive internal innovation.
- Manage technical risk and customer satisfaction to achieve regional revenue targets.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not critical.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Expertise in software development, enterprise software architecture, and modern AI frameworks.
- Proven experience with end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including Agentic AI frameworks and large-scale predictive modeling.
- Deep proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and building production-grade REST APIs.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills and a track record in client-facing leadership roles.
Education and Experience:
- Approximately 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Software development or a similar technical role, including 3 years in a management position.
- A CS Degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Expert-level experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premise deployment.
