The Director of AI Training & Capability Building leads the design and execution of group-wide AI education, upskilling, and capability-building initiatives. The role involves collaborating with internal AI sub-functions, operating companies, and external partners to develop scalable training programs that foster AI literacy, deepen technical and applied capabilities, and facilitate effective AI adoption across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a deep AI subject-matter expert, translating frontier AI developments into practical productivity gains.
  • Define the group-wide AI training and capability-building strategy across the company.
  • Design tiered AI learning journeys for diverse audiences, ensuring a balance between AI literacy and applied use cases.
  • Oversee the delivery of AI training programs, maintaining scalability, quality, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Learning & Development to integrate AI training into existing frameworks.
  • Assess AI capability gaps and define measurable outcomes to track the impact of training initiatives.
  • Engage with academic institutions and technology partners to enhance program relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, education, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or executive education in AI, digital transformation, learning, or leadership is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AI, data, and digital technologies with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Over 10 years of experience in leading large-scale training or capability-building programs.
  • Proven ability in managing relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HR and Learning & Development functions, competency models, and talent development processes.
  • Global experience and comfort operating across diverse cultural environments.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required; additional languages may be beneficial.
