The Enabler team in EEMEA develops and manages acceptance, processing, and PSP relationships, including relationships with regional and global acquirers to strengthen the company's acceptance network. Additionally, the team offers partners insights, operational guidance, and the company's product adoption to accelerate market development.

As an Account Director within the company's Enabler team, you will be responsible for driving partnerships and commercialization for our Enabler segment in the Arabia Division. Your primary role will involve managing, developing, and growing relationships with key customers, including PSPs and regional and global acquirers. You will play a central role in driving the performance of the company's payment ecosystem by supporting partners’ business objectives, optimizing acceptance, and ensuring the delivery of the company's products, solutions, and value-added services. This role demands a blend of relationship management, commercial acumen, payments expertise, and collaborative skills to achieve high-impact results for both partners and the company.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and further build the partner pipeline.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders across commercial, product, and operations teams.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with partner business priorities and the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to grow the company's acceptance, transaction volume, and revenue across partners.
  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with regional and global acquirers, aligning acquiring strategies with the company's broader acceptance, product, and commercial objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs; proactively address gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Advocate the company's products, value-added services, and innovation initiatives to partners, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
  • Support technical and operational enablement in collaboration with internal functional teams.

About You
Knowledge / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • Related work experience, preferably in financial services
  • Experience in specialist sales, product management, product development, and project management is desirable

Skills/ Abilities:

  • Expert-level understanding of and experience in Acceptance and payments (PSPs, payments, gateways, etc.)
  • Detailed knowledge of products and services specific to the industry
  • Proven experience managing and negotiating commercial partnerships with regional and global acquirers and PSPs, including structuring multi-year agreements and incentive frameworks
  • In-depth experience executing and managing business development strategies for large or complex countries/regions/industry verticals
  • Track record in achieving business development targets and building customer relationships through customer sales
  • Demonstrated success introducing existing and new/emerging solutions into various company countries/regions/industry verticals
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects within own country/region
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting, influencing, and negotiating at senior management levels, able to adjust communication for audiences from different business disciplines of varying technical abilities
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and highly organized, maintaining high standards for self and others, able to work autonomously and as part of a team while fostering a positive team culture
  • Open and creative; comfortable with uncertainty in a changing/fast-paced environment and able to drive change
