Director Client Engagement / Digital Transformation

As a Client Engagement Director, you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading client engagement activities for prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as an expert resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants, focusing on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Your role will include developing productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants and delivering outstanding presentations and demonstrations for the company.

Responsibilities

• Work with the company customers to help them transform their business and act as a trusted advisor.
• Demonstrate the capabilities of the company's Applications to the company's customers.
• Partner with the sales team to penetrate the market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong understanding of the company's Applications and technical sales processes.
