Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, backup, network and M365.
- Ensure 24x7 operational readiness and incident response capabilities.
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools for proactive issue resolution.
Service Delivery & SLA Management
- Ensure infrastructure services meet defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for service disruptions.
Resource & Vendor Management
- Manage internal teams and external vendors to optimize resource allocation.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement.
- Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and governance frameworks.
Security & Compliance
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce infrastructure security policies.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC standards and data protection regulations.
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Qualifications
Required skills / qualifications:
- Overall 15+ years of experiences in IT Industry and Services.
- A minimum of 10+ years of technical Delivery and Implementation or technical consulting experience.
- Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Architect/Implementation Engineer or in a similar role, and large scale cloud migration projects (1000+ VMs).
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.
- AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional.
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate, preferably ITIL Service Design or Transition Certification.
