Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and net revenue targets for the company's products and services across new and existing business in the UAE market.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive sales program in collaboration with account teams, customer solutions teams, and product verticals.
- Prepare and present executive-level updates to track sales and inter-dependent workstreams.
- Identify customer opportunities through evaluating customer strategies and insights, creating bespoke sales plans for adoption across diverse customer segments.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver product outcomes, including launch, customization, and commercialization.
- Negotiate, execute, and manage customer agreements while coordinating across global and cross-functional teams.
- Create and implement sales plans covering business development, marketing, product management, and customer engagement.
- Guide product development to identify and implement relevant features and benefits in collaboration with services and product teams.
- Build a customer marketing pipeline that enhances portfolio performance, including acquisition and usage.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage sales and business development for the UAE market, driving opportunities from inception to go-live.
- Use strong knowledge of card economics to negotiate with internal and external customers and partners for strategic outcomes.
- Recommend commercially sound strategies for pricing, market entry, profit planning, and expense management.
- Evaluate complex business opportunities and develop pricing strategies, leading deal negotiations with competitive considerations.
- Coordinate high-quality responses to complex requests for proposals within tight timelines across multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Work in partnership with global, regional, and local teams to identify segment and product opportunities, developing propositions for market penetration.
- Conduct market research and opportunity assessments to evaluate new concepts and determine viability in alignment with strategic goals.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Proven experience delivering rapid sales outcomes across a mix of client types, including large and small financial institutions.
- Strong project management experience with a track record of achieving sales and product outcomes in collaboration with others.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid payments industry experience, ideally in both business development and product management within an issuer environment, with in-depth knowledge of payment economics.
- Strong understanding of retail electronic payments and cards from an issuing or network perspective; banking or payments experience is preferred.
- A comfort level with technology and the ability to integrate knowledge across sales, product, marketing, operations, and risk.
- An ability to collaborate effectively within a small team and leverage colleagues’ expertise.
