The Kyndryl Consult division is the fastest-growing segment of our organization, essential to our strategic growth. In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements. You will also be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite. This position demands industry expertise and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Profitable Growth:

    • Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets.
    • Ensure sustained growth and manage margin expectations.
    • Support the identification and pursuit of business development opportunities.
    • Negotiate engagement scopes and fees while ensuring profitability.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with client CXOs, becoming a trusted advisor.
    • Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives.
    • Enhance client satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Achieve individual and team utilization targets.
    • Oversee the delivery of complex engagements, ensuring high performance.
  • Leadership and Management:

    • Foster a culture of personal and professional development within the team.
    • Ensure all outcomes are commercially focused and effectively executed.
  • Strategic Contribution:

    • Utilize industry expertise to drive strategic initiatives and establish a personal brand within the sector.
    • Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital.

Who You Are:
You possess a growth mindset and prioritize customer success. You have extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level, a proven track record of leading complex projects, and a strong understanding of Data & AI industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in client engagement at the CXO level.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives.
  • Experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
  • Deep understanding of Data & AI industry trends and technology.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
