As a key player in our organization, the Director, Corporate Solutions - FI Enablement will play a critical role in revolutionizing the global financial ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring issuer readiness and enabling financial institutions (FIs) to onboard, commercialize, and scale the company Corporate Solutions products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive issuer readiness by partnering with FIs and the company Delivery teams to onboard new Corporate Solutions products and prepare issuers for corporate sales engagement.
  • Lead training and enablement by designing and delivering scalable training programs for FI sales teams.
  • Collaborate with FI leadership and stakeholders to prioritize the company solutions and align go-to-market activities.
  • Align with Corporate Solutions sales teams to support issuer readiness post-deal close.
  • Partner with FIs for marketing and external engagement efforts, promoting the company solutions effectively in the market.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure onboarding readiness, adoption, and overall effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in payments or client-facing roles within financial institutions.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong ability to translate complex product offerings into clear, actionable messaging.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience at a Wholesale/Corporate Transaction Bank, preferably with commercial card products.
  • Familiarity with FI issuer sales models and go-to-market strategies.
  • Background in training, enablement, or learning program development in global organizations.
