Director - Delivery

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Delivery Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution, deployment, and adoption of products while aligning delivery milestones with business goals and client requirements. As the Delivery Director, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in product delivery strategies to address complex business challenges and enhance client outcomes.
• Collaborate with research, data science, and engineering teams to ensure delivery integrates advanced technologies, predictive analytics, and automation capabilities.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, establishing trust and ensuring clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track delivery success, product performance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or product delivery, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS or enterprise products to clients.
