About the Role
The Design Director will lead the design vision, development, and delivery of high-end hospitality and residential projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring design excellence, brand alignment, operational functionality, and commercial viability across multiple projects. The Design Director will collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, operators, architects, and contractors to deliver world-class developments that meet project objectives, quality standards, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision and execution for various high-end projects.
- Ensure design excellence and alignment with brand standards across all developments.
- Oversee the operational functionality and commercial viability of projects.
- Collaborate with a diverse team including internal stakeholders, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Manage and deliver multiple projects while meeting quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree is preferred.
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or development projects.
- Minimum of 8 years in a senior leadership role overseeing hospitality and luxury residential developments.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, and residential projects.
- Experience working with international design consultants and hospitality operators.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, planning, and construction processes.
- Knowledge of hospitality design standards and luxury residential development requirements.
- Familiarity with design software and project management tools.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, sustainability standards, and industry best practices.
