Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client programs that advance our digital business goals.
  • Oversee the entire client lifecycle journey from prospecting to onboarding and deeper engagement.
  • Manage high-priority client acquisitions and growth campaigns using insights from various data sources.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to optimize user experiences and enhance service adoption across multiple channels.
  • Partner with research, analytics, and UI/UX teams to drive impactful campaigns and improvement strategies.
  • Foster client adoption of products/services through targeted marketing tools to raise awareness among frontline colleagues and clients.
  • Utilize data and key performance indicators to manage channel performance.
  • Support digital transformation efforts through analysis, reporting, and budget management.
  • Lead campaigns for our digital banking platforms including Straight2Bank and mobile banking.
  • Drive commercialization for essential platforms across cash, trade, and financial management teams.
  • Create targeted channel strategies to increase digital acquisition and growth.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving and creative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present concepts effectively.
  • Proven track record in leading client lifecycle marketing across various digital platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Collaborative approach to teamwork with colleagues across regions and functions.
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative client research to inform product and campaign development.
