The Director of Engineering Management is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for the successful delivery of the Engineering Design and Construction of projects within THE LINE region of NEOM. This region encompasses a vast area of 9,500 km² and includes various significant projects such as the Hidden Marina Mirror Line phase 1 modules, the Landscapes of THE LINE, and the NEOM International Airport (NIA). The role focuses on managing engineering delivery while ensuring exceptional architectural standards and project goals in terms of budget, schedule, quality, and sustainability.

Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Successful delivery of the Engineering Design and Construction scope for the projects while aligning with project goals.
- Leading a multidisciplinary engineering team to ensure all engineering systems related to the projects are managed effectively.
- Overall accountability for the successful delivery of engineering and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project timelines, costs, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive Engineering strategy that aligns with project delivery.
- Create implementation plans for Engineering design and construction that meet specific project requirements and timelines.
- Utilize industry knowledge to identify opportunities for design and construction.
- Evaluate and select technologies that align with project objectives, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure the successful execution of engineering strategies.
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess engineering performance and project impact.
- Collaborate with design leadership to deliver engineering systems that meet overall project objectives.
