About the Job: As the Director of Engineering, you will lead and scale our engineering organization to deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions. What You'll Bring: - 12+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing high-performing technical teams. - Proven experience in building and scaling complex software systems, involving AI/ML technologies. - Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale data processing. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and applied AI. - Track record of successfully shipping products from concept to production. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Passion for working in a fast-paced, research-driven, and mission-oriented environment.
