Director Enterprise Systems

The company (RX) is the new national airline headquartered in the Saudi Capital, aiming to transform Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub. The airline seeks to connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations with a digitally native approach to flying.

The Director of Enterprise Systems will lead the delivery of enterprise technology that enhances business value, accelerates growth, and improves customer experience. This role is crucial for shaping and managing the Enterprise and Corporate technology portfolio, ensuring resource optimization and high-quality execution across strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional teams such as Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Business Analysts in a complex delivery environment.
• Driving technology programs with integrated planning, scheduling, reporting, and milestone management.
• Overseeing budgets and ensuring adherence to approved financial parameters.
• Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize demand and align resources.
• Managing a hybrid portfolio across agile and waterfall delivery models.
• Monitoring key performance indicators, team effectiveness, and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.

This high-impact leadership role requires strong communication, governance, and execution skills to sustain performance across the technology portfolio.

Candidates should have a degree and a minimum of 10 years of Program/Portfolio Management experience in delivering complex projects and solutions, alongside expertise in enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, particularly with Oracle applications. Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), data privacy, stakeholder management, and hybrid methodologies is essential. Experience in balancing business and technology priorities and implementing sustainable solutions in complex settings would be advantageous.
