Role Profile
- Lead the technology strategy and roadmap for the Entertainment business, aligning technology investments with business objectives.
- Act as the primary technology partner to Entertainment leadership and OpCo executives, translating business needs into technology capabilities.
- Own and prioritize the entertainment technology portfolio, ensuring projects deliver value, remain within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Drive customer experience improvements through innovative solutions across ticketing, booking, CRM, digital signage, loyalty, and visitor engagement platforms.
- Oversee enterprise and entertainment-specific technology architecture, ensuring secure, scalable, and integrated systems.
- Manage critical IT operations and end-user support across entertainment venues, ensuring high service availability and business continuity.
- Lead application management for cinema and entertainment platforms, including upgrades, testing, training, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to accelerate digital transformation, operational excellence, and commercial growth across the Entertainment business.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably within entertainment, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing environments.
- Strong expertise in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, program management, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of entertainment systems including ticketing, booking, CRM, POS, digital engagement, and customer experience platforms.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and manage complex technology portfolios.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Program Management, or Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF) are highly preferred.
