Director - Infrastructure and Capital Projects (Infra)

The company is seeking a Director for its Infrastructure and Capital Projects (Infra) team in Dubai. This role focuses on improving return on investment for capital projects and reducing associated risks. The ideal candidate will lead project workstreams, conduct client meetings and presentations, and develop strong client relationships. You will collaborate with various teams, engage in negotiations, and contribute to business development. Your expertise will help shape actionable plans and enhance project delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management and business development, ideally within metals and mining in the Middle East.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required, along with experience in large-scale public sector projects.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
