Director, Institutional Trade Execution

The company Senior Institutional Broker’s job is to execute institutional clients' orders as per client instructions in coordination with the Sales Trader and manage order distribution within the trading team. Responsibilities include executing buy and sell orders on behalf of institutional clients, sourcing liquidity from other brokers/clients, and maintaining a database of available block securities. Additionally, the broker must document all trading transactions, ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and risk management policies, and prepare daily and weekly call reports for the Head of Desk.

Candidates should have a graduate degree in finance, marketing, or economics, alongside strong relationship management and business development skills. A minimum of 4 years in relationship management with at least 3 years within a brokerage firm is required. Essential skills include well-developed analytical abilities, knowledge of ESCA and UAE market regulations, excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
