Director IT - Logistics Solutions

The role will be responsible for directing and leading the design, development, and delivery of logistics IT solutions aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals. The aim is to ensure systems and solutions drive operational excellence, innovation, and customer-centric logistics processes. The position involves providing strategic oversight for solution architecture, integration, and optimization across logistics platforms.

Key Accountabilities:

• Direct end-to-end logistics IT solution lifecycle from strategy and architecture to deployment and support.
• Drive alignment of logistics IT initiatives with business objectives through continuous stakeholder engagement.
• Lead cross-functional project teams in delivering high-impact, scalable logistics solutions.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring solution quality, performance, and value delivery.
• Develop and implement KPIs and reporting to track solution impact and operational benefits.
• Ensure compliance with DP World’s security, safety, and sustainability policies.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Logistics Systems
• Desirable Qualification: Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or Supply Chain Management
• Work Experience: 10+ years in IT logistics or supply chain systems, with 5+ years in leadership
• Technical Skills: ERP, TMS/WMS systems, solution architecture, digital transformation
