Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales and growth strategies focused on banking and financial services.
- Drive enterprise sales across Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure, SOC/NOC, Digital Transformation, Core Banking Integrations, and Enterprise Applications.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior banking stakeholders.
- Lead high-value enterprise negotiations, proposals, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure alignment of IT solutions with banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity standards.
- Manage regional sales pipeline, forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategies, and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging banking technologies.
- Lead and mentor regional sales/client success teams while driving performance and operational excellence.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales & Services within the Middle East banking/financial sector.
- Strong understanding of banking technology, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, infrastructure, managed services, and digital banking ecosystems.
- Experience managing strategic banking accounts and closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance frameworks including:
- UAE Central Bank regulations
- PCI-DSS
- SWIFT CSP
- NESA / IAS
- UAE PDPL
- Strong network within banks and enterprise technology ecosystems is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Cybersecurity, Cloud, IT Service Management, or Banking Technology are a plus.
