In the role of Director, LMM - New Verticals Product Lead, you will build market awareness of the company's comprehensive payment solutions and turn pipeline opportunities into revenue-generating relationships for the company's Issuer Clients. The focus will be on engaging with large multinational and mid-market corporations across CEMEA, particularly with the company's Commercial Solutions opportunities such as B2B procurement programs and virtual card solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive market development to expand into new verticals with the company's Commercial Solutions and build relationships with existing and new partners. - Understand corporate needs and provide consultative solution selling addressing challenges in procurement and payment processes. - Develop and execute a sales strategy for targeted industries to enhance the company's market share and increase commercial payment volume. - Collaborate with partners and issuers to offer end-to-end solutions for corporates, including travel management and expense management providers. - Structure profitable commercial deals and work collaboratively in a complex matrix environment to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications: - Minimum 15 years of experience in selling payments, card, or technology solutions to banks, corporate CFOs, and procurement stakeholders. - Significant experience in managing relationships and executing go-to-market plans in a highly matrixed environment. - Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience. Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time. The expectation for days in the office will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
