Director, Marketing PMO

The Director, Marketing PMO, will lead the planning, execution, governance, and optimization of all marketing projects and initiatives across ROSHN. This role will manage the Marketing Projects/Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, operational excellence, brand standards, and organizational KPIs. The role is pivotal in ensuring ROSHN's marketing function operates efficiently, delivers strategic value, and maximizes ROI through structured governance, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Continue developing and implementing the overall Marketing PMO strategy aligned with ROSHN’s corporate objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, methodologies, and tools for marketing project planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Oversee the full portfolio of marketing projects, including campaigns, brand activations, sponsorships, and digital initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and project health.
• Act as the single point of coordination for marketing project delivery across internal stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing Marketing PMO team, fostering continuous learning and upskilling within the team on agile marketing and data storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in marketing, project management, or business operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership PMO or program management role.
• Proven track record in managing complex marketing portfolios across brand, digital, content, and events.
• Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics and Vision 2030 objectives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills, with effective communication capabilities.
