The Director, Network Strategy, will join a fast-growing global team shaping the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the company’s global core payments network. This role sets the north-star for switching and adjacent network products, translating customer and ecosystem needs into clear strategic choices, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable execution. The network is the company’s core strategic asset, directly driving over 60% of the company’s revenue and providing the platform for our other key services.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision and north-star across switching and adjacent network products, aligning senior leadership on strategic intent and outcomes.
- Lead annual business planning by setting strategic priorities, defining objectives and executive-level KPIs/targets, and establishing a performance cadence that drives decisions and accountability.
- Drive the leadership operating rhythm (e.g., ELT, Board, product governance forums) with crisp decision materials that surface options, trade-offs, and recommendations.
- Shape product and go-to-market strategy end-to-end—including connectivity and monetization—by identifying market opportunities, framing customer and ecosystem problems, and translating them into prioritized roadmap inputs.
- Develop leadership-ready narratives and visuals that marshal facts and analysis into clear recommendations; drive alignment across product, regions, technology, and key stakeholders.
- Drive domestic switching growth strategy.
- Lead concurrent cross-functional workstreams end-to-end, translating strategy into deliverables (e.g., value propositions, strategy assessments, executive decision decks) and ensuring follow-through to outcomes.
- Influence and align stakeholders balancing competing priorities to deliver scaled impact.
- Drive disciplined execution and impact measurement across engagements, ensuring clear milestones, risks, and outcomes for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Superior problem-solving skills; experience in strategy/consulting and/or product strategy roles strongly preferred.
- Superior analytical and data management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to set product vision, translate customer/ecosystem problems into strategy, and influence roadmap priorities through clear trade-off framing.
- Strong planning and project management skills, together with organization and task management experience.
- Strong visual presentation skills, including data visualization and the ability to produce clear, compelling slides.
- Strong written and oral communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and quick learner with ability to work independently and to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong global collaborator, ability to work cross-functionally, and across cultures and time zones.
- Ability to interact with varying levels of leadership across the organization and with internal and external clients; ability to lead and influence at all levels.
- Willingness to dive deep and learn about our technology, system structure, and rules.
- Previous experience with international and multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
