Your responsibilities will include leading projects, contributing to the development of Deloitte's intellectual property, and managing client relationships. You are expected to bring the latest advancements in AI and data technologies to clients, driving value-driven initiatives that align with their strategic goals.
We are seeking a visionary leader who can establish a strong brand presence while demonstrating technical expertise across Data and AI. You will manage large engagements independently and guide cross-functional teams to deliver superior results. Your leadership capabilities will be critical in inspiring teams, building talent pipelines, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university in economics, business administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 14+ years of experience in consulting or a relevant professional discipline, specifically in delivering AI and Analytics engagements within the Financial Services industry (Banking and/or Insurance).
- Proven experience in leading large data transformation programs in Financial Services and managing teams of at least 10 members.
- Expertise in two or more of the following areas: Data Strategy, Data Transformation, Data platforms, Cloud, Business analytics and Insights, Data Science, AI, and Data Governance.
- Excellent business connections within the GCC and a strong ability to develop proposals and manage bid processes.
- A willingness to travel extensively, with the role based in Riyadh or Dubai (Riyadh preferred).
- Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a bonus but not essential.
